Does anyone know about Aveda hair salons? They supposedly use all natural hair color products?

I have been to an aveda salon several times and really like them. I'm not 100% sure that their products (especially hair dyes) are all natural, but I know they are more environmentally friendly than others. I also know that the products they sell are much more ';organic'; than other hair care likes, like redkin or matrix.
