I would think a lot of the trendier nail salons would have decals, where as the basic salons that are just interested in volume would not. Your best bet would be to talk to ladies that you see that have the decals, and see where they got their nails done, for a personal recommendation.

Do most nail salons have nail decals or would I have to go get my own?
I want to get an American manicure and put a nail decal on each of my pointer fingers.Do most nail salons have nail decals or would I have to go get my own?
