My sister who is mixed and has natural curly hair goes to Anthony's Salon in Delhi. She declares by their work and refuses to go to any other salon. Her hair looks beautiful. Find someone who has hair that you admire and ask for a referral. There is likely to be a salon in your neighborhood. I go to Supercuts in Rookwood. They have a lot of African-American stylists and customers. I have no idea if they would suit you. If you have questions, go when things are likely to be slack and talk to a worker. If you find someone who does a good job, leave a generous tip.
I believe that Mitchells can do what you need, they are one of the higher end salons in Cincinnati and cater to most anyone that can afford them.
