depends on the type of ur skin i would work ur way up in the length of sessions tho coz u may get a burn if u go on a sunbed for 9 mins on the high powered sunbeds i started at 3 sessions of 3 mins then 6 of 6 mins and just went up to 9 for the restHow long does it take to get a good tan when you go to tanning salons?
